Sofia Suleman
Chief Customer Service Officer
Sofia Suleman has been the Customer Service Manager for the Customer Service department since April 2021. She began her journey at Valeur in 2020 as an e-Commerce manager and holds a master’s degree in Communication and Public Relations from Aarhus BSS.
On a daily basis, Sofia oversees the day-to-day operations and the strategic development of the entire Customer Service department. She ensures that employees always have the necessary knowledge and skills to provide the best service to customers.
Sofia works on the development and implementation of advanced customer service systems and tools to optimize departmental workflows, enhance the customer experience, as well as develop new and efficient customer management processes in collaboration with customers.

Else Gammelgaard Madsen
Head of Energy and BtB Business Services
Else Gammelgaard Madsen began her career at Valeur Customer Service in 2011. Else brings a wealth of experience from various industries and job functions in the business world, including customer service, sales, HR, administration, production, coaching, conflict resolution, team development, and stress management.
Else is passionate about streamlining customer service, and over the years, she has contributed to ensuring the quality of customer service both internally and externally.
Furthermore, Else has been involved in developing and enhancing our telephony solutions. In close collaboration with our data management department, she is responsible for the Puzzel contact center solution, which consolidates all customer service channels in one place and plays a key role in improving the customer journey.

Malene Hoffskov Bandholtz Madsen
Head of International e-commerce support
Malene Bandholtz joined Valeur Customer Service in December 2021 and has been leading our international team since January 2023. Malene’s educational and professional background is in marketing and communication.
As the Head of International e-commerce support, Malene is responsible for our customers with an international and global perspective. Malene is involved in coordinating and developing tasks and processes on a daily basis to ensure the team has the best resources to handle and deliver best-in-class customer support.
Malene, as a certified Gorgias partner, also plays a role in implementing and further developing our customers’ helpdesks with the goal of enhancing automation and efficiency without compromising on quality.

Cæcilie Topp
Head of E-commerce and Event Support
Cæcilie Topp has been with Valeur Customer Service since September 2022. Since January 2023, she has been the leader of our e-commerce team. Cæcilie holds a master’s degree in English from Aarhus University.
On a daily basis, Cæcilie coordinates tasks within the team and maintains communication with various customers to ensure the highest quality of customer service. Her role is to ensure that the team is proficient in their tasks and has the necessary resources to complete assignments and provide the desired level of customer service.
Cæcilie is also certified in Gorgias and can assist with onboarding, implementation, and streamlining the program for both new and existing customers.
Filip Ulrichsen
Kommunikationschef
Filip Ulrichsen handles internal and external communication, including relationships with the press.
He is an educated journalist with a background as a communication consultant, press advisor, and speechwriter in both the public and private sectors.
