The Valeur Model
We value human potential at Valeur, even if individuals don’t have a standard profile or a perfect resume.
Because we excel at what we do and possess the patience and tolerance of a family-owned business, we have the capacity to upskill and support our employees.
Our goal is to integrate up to 20% of new employees with special needs, including physical or mental disabilities or traumas from negative experiences in the job market.
More often than not, our special efforts are rewarded when employees show us their true selves, dedication, and loyalty.
We call it the Valeur Model, which consists of three reinforcing elements:
Competence
Because we are skilled, we have the time and energy to welcome new employees and train them, even when they have special or additional needs.
Tolerance
Because we recognize people’s limitations and appreciate their uniqueness, we have room for a greater diversity of individuals and access to a larger pool of talent.
Loyalty
Because we demonstrate professional and human surplus, employees stay with us for a long time. This way, we retain the skills and values we need to maintain the Valeur Model.

Valeur and the Sustainable Development Goals
At Valeur, we want to contribute to a better and more sustainable world.
However, we cannot simply reduce the burden on the climate and the environment as we already operate in a modern low-energy building, and we have no physical products and therefore no supply chain to optimize.
Fortunately, we can draw inspiration from the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. In particular, we can make a difference in the following two goals:
- Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being
- Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth
Here is what we do
First and foremost, we take care of our own practices. We uphold our responsible growth plans and focus on our daily work environment by offering flexible working hours and locations, value-based leadership, a healthy lunch program, and an active staff association.
At the same time, we have strengthened our efforts towards vulnerable groups in the labor market, both through our own corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and through collaborations with municipalities and educational institutions.
We have had positive experiences in integrating individuals on the edge of the job market by offering internships and wage subsidies within our organization.
Additionally, we take pride in being known as the “house with experienced consultants.” By seeking talents of all ages and retaining them, we offer attractive career opportunities to seniors as well. With this strategy, we are on a mission, which we have conveyed numerous times to the media and through posts on social media.
Furthermore, we have been successful in assisting job centers and educational institutions in matching unemployed candidates with local businesses, often leveraging our expertise in sales and customer service.
